Ready to Advance is a 6-week program, skills-intensive, professional development training program designed to prepare self-identified women who currently occupy non-management level positions for future career advancement into leadership roles within nonprofit organizations.

  • These trainings (Ready to Ascend and Ready to Advance) are exclusively web-based (virtual) classrooms featuring 15 unique facilitators who are content experts in areas such as:

    • Budgeting and Finance

    • Coalition Building

    • Performance Management

    • Strategic Planning

    Members of the each cohort will receive the full schedule and zoom access links upon acceptance.

  • The cohort will be limited to thirty (30) participants, with ten (10) participants each selected from the western, central, and eastern regions of the Commonwealth.
