Creating a Culture of Consent is not an anti-harassment, but is an anti-oppression training program. It combines rich, factual, longitudinal research with the everyday lived experiences of the participants and facilitator(s). It examines both law and ethics, hierarchy and institutional power dynamics, gender, orientation and racial stereotypes, generational differences in work expectations, and contemporary pop culture. This training is relevant to everyone from Executive Directors, tiered decision makers, and staff.
LEAD PA Institute works with partners to deliver half-day trainings for their organization.
